During the working process of the crusher, the inclination angle between the drill rod of the crusher and the crushing surface shall not exceed 15 degrees, and the vertical 90 "shall be used as far as possible. It is easy to cause such problems when parts such as inner and outer bushing and piston of broken hammer drill rod are worn and aged seriously.
In this case, the broken hammer drill rod will be loosened after installation, and can not maintain the correct working position, resulting in the piston and drill rod strike is often in a non-parallel state, resulting in bias. In this case, only part of the tail plane of the drill rod is subjected to high-frequency and high-energy impact of the piston, and the contact surface is greatly reduced, while the pressure is doubled, resulting in partial fragmentation of the tail edge of the drill rod.
Usually, when the drill rod of crushing hammer is biased for a long time, the position of the guide sleeve will also cause serious wear and tear because of long-term irregular force. Because the broken hammer fittings are not replaced in time or the drill rod is damaged due to artificial reasons, it is not within the scope of compensation. The hardened layer at the tip of the damaged drill rod is hard to the core, and the overall hardness of the head is relatively high, and the edges and corners are distinct. It has good wear resistance and correspondingly brittle. Therefore, the new drill rod just used should pay attention to the correct operation method: in the beginning of use, it is not appropriate to use too much striking force, nor to operate directly on rocks with high hardness. Just like the warm-up before human movement, the new drill rod is preheated for a period of time in the place of relatively low hardness with lower force and frequency in the initial operation. After preheating, the toughness and plasticity of the tip of the drill rod can be improved, so that the use effect of the drill rod can be brought into play.
In addition, in the crushing of reinforced concrete structures, the tip of the drill rod will be broken by forced pulling after it is stuck in the steel bar. Customers are requested to re-machine and sharpen the drill rod before continuing to use it.
